Buffalo Walks – Aloft Hotel at 500 Pearl Street – August 7th, 2019

We’ve seen the “before” and had a party in the “during”, now join WFD for a tour of the “after” at the new Aloft Hotel at 500 Pearl Street. Join Tom Fox with Ellicott Development as he leads us on a tour of the newly completed and opened Aloft Hotel, adjoining banquet spaces and residential spaces. We will end the tour in the roof-top bar to get an incredible view of the Buffalo skyline and the beginning of the sun setting! Registration at 5:15pm, tour begins promptly at 5:30pm.

Buffalo Walks – Buffalo Lighthouse – July 17th, 2019

Join us to experience the Buffalo Lighthouse built in 1833 and hear about its recent restoration. You will be able to climb to the top, a rare opportunity that isn’t open to the public very often! Enjoy the incredible view of the Buffalo Harbor, boats sailing on Lake Erie and Downtown Buffalo as we learn about the important role this lighthouse has played in the history of Buffalo. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes for the climb to the top.

Registration at 5:15 PM and the tour will begin at 5:30, rain or shine.
