Buffalo Talks – Explore & More’s Opening at Canalside – Jan 9, 2019
Founded in 1994, Explore & More Children’s Museum makes every day a play date in our Educational Play Zones—exhibits that introduce children to the magic of hands-on discovery. Michelle Urbanczyk (CEO) will discuss Explore & More’s move to Canalside from their previous location in East Aurora, the success of their capital campaign, and what their new location means to their mission and to the programs and services they will be able to provide.

Buffalo Talks – 43 North: Past-Present-Future – Nov 7, 2018
43 North was launched in Buffalo in 2014 as a competition to identify start-up businesses. Besides cash awards, the winners receive mentorship, 12 months of free incubator space, marketing exposure, and freedom from New York State Taxes for 10 years. In the first four years 37 projects have been awarded funds. Come hear Bill Maggio tell us about the history of the program and where it is going after five years.

Buffalo Walks – 500 Pearl Street – Sept. 12, 2018
Join us on Wednesday, September 12th for a walk of the building located at the corner of Franklin and Tupper. The building, which will include retail, restaurant, office space, apartments and a 110-room hotel connects to the existing building at 500 Pearl. This is an active construction site so proper footwear, such as closed toed shoes, thicker soles, and no high heels, is required!
Registration at 5:15 PM and the tour will begin at 5:30.
