Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fontana Boathouse is his only rowing boathouse design and one that he considered truly one of his best and most beloved works. You will have the rare chance to see one of his designs in use for its originally intended purpose – an actual rowing facility – and hear the fascinating story of how it came to life in Buffalo after more than 100 years.  Designed in 1905 for the University of Wisconsin, it opened in 2007 on the shores of the Niagara River.

Please wear comfortable appropriate footwear and attire.
