VISION STATEMENT
Working For Downtown is a volunteer community organization that is recognized for its understanding and knowledge of issues affecting downtown Buffalo. We are respected for our ability to effect change. Working For Downtown will strive to enhance the political climate through cooperation by increasing our influence in the decision-making network through greater representation on private and public boards. Our power will be derived from the leadership of our members through their active participation, diverse skills, talents, ability to work together, and dedicated interest in the vitality of downtown Buffalo. The end product of our vision will be a downtown which is a viable community and neighborhood where we live, play, work, shop and find social comfort.
MISSION STATEMENT
Working For Downtown will promote and help improve the quality of life in downtown Buffalo by fostering an interest in civic and downtown development. Through member education and cooperation with other representatives, Working For Downtown will support the effort to revitalize Buffalo's downtown. 2007-2008 OFFICERS
